I am currently a student at the Hereford College of Art and Design and also an ex-pupil of the Hereford Waldorf school. My inspirations (particularly for the piece I have entered) often come from folktales and fairytales – the imagery of which everyone is familiar with from childhood stories, and to me is very evocative. I enjoy using mixed medias for my pieces and experimenting with materials that are new to me. I hope to spend the next year at Art College finishing my National Diploma, and then go on to university.
